Enid didn't start as a research project. It grew out of a working remote monitoring center — real operators, real alarms, real nights. We watched how much operator time goes into dismissing false alarms, and how fragmented video, alarm and access systems make a hard job harder. So we set out to build the platform we wished we'd had.
Founded by security technologists with backgrounds in remote video monitoring and VMS, Enid is trained on real events and real operator decisions. That's why it cuts the noise down to what counts, and connects you to professional monitoring the moment you need it. On a live base of 6,739 cameras, it learns from reality every single day — no wall of screens, no training required.
