Legal

Privacy notice.

This notice explains what personal data we collect when you use the Enid website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.

Last updated: August 20, 2026.

Scope

The Enid website (this site) is a marketing website. There are no user accounts, no login, and no customer portal on this site. Personal data we hold as a result of your visit comes exclusively from the contact form.

Who we are

Enid is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. For any privacy question or to exercise a right described below, contact sales@enid.io.

What we collect

We collect only what you submit to us:

  • — Your name.
  • — Your email address.
  • — The message you write.
  • — Your enquiry intent (whether you are requesting a demo or asking about becoming a partner), which we infer from the form option you select.

We do not ask for any special-category data. Please do not include sensitive information in your message.

Why we collect it

We use the information you submit for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry. Our lawful bases under UK GDPR and EU GDPR are your consent (given by choosing to submit the form) and our legitimate interest in replying to prospective customers and partners who have contacted us.

How the form works

Form submissions are relayed to us by formsubmit.co, which forwards the message by email to sales@enid.io. Formsubmit acts as our processor for the transit of that message. We do not have accounts with third-party CRMs or marketing platforms wired to this form.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps of requests) are generated by the hosting layer for security and operational reasons and are retained under Vercel's own policies. We do not use those logs for marketing or profiling.

Cookies

This site uses essential cookies only. It does not currently run analytics or marketing cookies, does not embed advertising trackers, and does not share your data with advertising networks. If we add analytics in the future we will update this notice and add an appropriate consent mechanism before it goes live.

How long we keep it

We keep the contents of your enquiry only for as long as we need it to handle that enquiry and any follow-up conversation. If a conversation does not progress, the message is deleted from our inbox in the normal course of housekeeping. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you have the right to:

  • — Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • — Have inaccurate personal data corrected.
  • — Have your personal data erased.
  • — Object to our processing, or ask us to restrict it, on the basis set out in the regulations.
  • — Withdraw your consent to us contacting you at any time (this does not affect the lawfulness of contact made before you withdrew).

To exercise any of these rights, email sales@enid.io. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data-protection authority.

Data we do not sell

We do not sell personal data to anyone, and we do not share it with advertising networks.
